NGO project create jobs.

A non-governmental organisation Phakgamang Community Development Centre in Sekhukhune District municipality of Limpopo benefits the unemployed and it aims to integrate rural development to address social-economic conditions of rural people.
This is an NGO that was established by the late Mr Solomon Tjaji and Mr Jonas Motala which aims to create jobs for the unemployed.
 Maledimo a co-odinater at the centre said they saw a gap in rural development. “They wanted to help the community, ‘referring to the late Solomon’. Make it a better place for the people,” Maledimo said.
The centre has created different projects like sewing, brick making and early childhood development.
23 staff members were employed to work full time in the centre.
One of the residents Beleti Makola who works in the centre said this is will help feed her family. “I am glad that I got the job. Now I can provide food to my family,” Makola said.
The centre also provide services to learners and students, these services include photo coping, Internet and with a library, “the project helped me in many ways because am able to do my school projects”, Amanda a grade 12 learner said.
The centre is certain to build a better rural environment.
